The 3 Pillars of Golf Fitness
The 3 Pillars of Golf Fitness are organized to help you reach your full potential and get you moving and feeling like a pro.
Balance consists of 6 routines that target your muscle imbalances and restore normal alignment of each body part, which will allow you to swing more smoothly and efficiently.
Coordination consists of 6 routines that provide progressions from the Balance routines. The focus is on improving your reflexes while reinforcing optimal movement patterns that will transfer directly to your swing.
Speed provides the final progressions for the 6 routines. The focus is on increasing power while improving neuromuscular control, which increases clubhead speed by an average of 10 MPH.
